How do I book a private training session with an instructor?

How do I sign up for classes?

Simply go to our website and click on “Class Schedule” tab. Follow the prompts to create your user account on our MindBody software, and click on the class of your choice to reserve your space. We try our best to schedule our classes 30 days in advance so you can plan your sessions around your schedule. For queries or assistance booking your class, please email the studio as we are usually busy with clients and sometimes don’t have time to get back to you as quickly by telephone.

What if the class I want is full?

If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If someone cancels, you will be sent an email confirming your booking. If you decide that you don’t want the class, you will be responsible for cancelling yourself from the class to avoid late cancel charges. The waitlist shuts off 8 hrs before the class so you may want to recheck the schedule closer to class time to see if any spots have become available.

Why does the system not allow me to book when I’ve already purchased my sessions?

Once you've booked your first class, the system will base that date on the start of your session package and will not allow you to book anything before that date. Simply cancel the class you’ve already booked, and restart your booking process based on the day you wish to start.

What if I don’t show up for a class?

Our studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy for ALL cancellations. A no show fee for the price of the class will be incurred if you sign up and do not attend.

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable clothing such as capris or leggings for women, and gym pants or long shorts for men. Tops should be easy to move in and not so loose that the instructor cannot see the form of your spine (remember we are a Pilates based studio!). For our Pilates and Barre classes, bare feet or grip socks are fine. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio. For our TRX classes you should wear clean running/fitness shoes. Mats are available, but if you prefer you are welcome to bring your own personal mat to class.

What should I bring to class?

Definitely bring your positive energy and big smile! Please also bring a hand towel as you will likely sweat during your workout. We also recommend bringing your own water, but we do have water available for purchase if required for $1/bottle. Please bring correct change to avoid delays.

I am new to the class, so do I need to book a private session first?

For Pilates, we highly recommend a private session prior to your first class. We also offer new clients a special offer of 3 private training sessions for $199. However, if it is your first visit to the studio and you have not taken a private session, please arrive a few minutes early to inform your instructor and to also let us know if you have any injuries or specific concerns.

Do you have washrooms/showers available?

We do have one unisex washroom in the studio. Directly around to the left side of the building there are public facilities available for your convenience. We do have one shower stall available for clients after private sessions only. The shower room is not available to class participants due to limited space.

Is there parking available?

There are parking stalls in the front of the studio, as well as to the side, and around the back of the building.
