Learn the concepts of what to eat and why to eat it, so you are better educated as to how to optimize your nutrition relative to your personal needs and goals, and to make better food choices throughout your life.
Nutrition Coaching is offered in one hour sessions and includes comprehensive evaluation of your current lifestyle and eating habits, a follow up plan to get you back on track, check in’s with your coach, and follow up sessions as needed.
