Whether it’s your first time working out with us, or even if you have been coming to our group classes for a while, private sessions are the ultimate path to meeting your personal goals & specific needs. We offer both one-on-one and duet sessions in our studio. In these sessions you will have the opportunity to discuss & address your specific needs around your health & fitness goals, strength, nutrition, and mindset, and to learn the essentials of Pilates or any of our other specialty Functional Fitness workouts. Our studio is fully equipped with all of the Pilates apparatus, as well as a variety of functional training equipment (TRX, Bosu, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, etc.), to help tailor a program just for you. Private sessions are great for anyone who is serious about improving their fitness, and especially if you have injuries, physical limitations or are pregnant. Private sessions are by appointment only.
Share your Pilates or Functional Fitness experience with a friend as a Duet. It is a great solution for two people who would like to work out together that have similar goals and fitness levels, and costs less than a private one-to-one session. Duet sessions are by appointment only.
