YES, COFFEE REALLY IS GOOD FOR YOU!
Yes, coffee really IS good for you. That's good news for me, because I love my morning coffee and have for many years... not because I need it to wake up, or to get me going when I haven't slept well, but just because I enjoy the taste & aroma of fresh brewed coffee in the early hours of the day. There are so many health benefits in this amazing little bean, whether its brewed, pressed, latte, or espresso, it's all good in my books!
