At Balance Cayman we believe that physical movement, the right nutrition program for your body type, and a positive mindset truly are the connections between mind, body and spirit. Our boutique studio is located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Our fully certified team of fitness professionals is here for you to help you reach your health, fitness, and wellness goals. We are available for private and semi-private Pilates & Fitness training, and also offer small group classes including Pilates Mat, Les Mills BodyPump®, Les Mills CXWorx®, and Booty Barre®. We are also the only licenced Les Mills studio in the Cayman Islands, bringing you state of the art workouts with each new Les Mills release!

To help you attain your ultimate balanced nutrition and lifestyle, we also specialize in Nutrition Coaching, and offer this service in person, or via our transformational online program with ProCoach®. OPENING HOURS: For group classes, private training, and nutrition coaching, we are open 7 days a week by appointment only. Our group classes can be booked online (see the "schedule" tab on our menu bar), or by simply emailing our studio to reserve your space.
