At Balance Cayman we believe that physical movement based on the principles of Pilates, the right nutrition program for your body type, and a positive mindset truly are the connections between mind, body and spirit. Our boutique studio is located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Our fully certified team of fitness professionals is dedicated to helping you reach your health, fitness, and nutrition goals in a welcoming & friendly atmosphere. We are available for private and semi-private Pilates & Fitness training, Nutrition Coaching, and small group classes including Pilates Mat, TRX®, Les Mills BodyPump®, and Booty Barre®. We are also the only licensed Les Mills studio in the Cayman Islands, bringing you state of the art workouts with each new Les Mills release! All of our classes and our philosophy around fitness and wellness are designed to help you get great results and to create some “balance” in your busy lifestyle.

OPENING HOURS: For private training and nutrition coaching, we are available 7 days a week by appointment only. Please contact the studio for more details.
